In case that the problem comes from the primary source, then we can switch to our backup provider to make sure that any technical issues won't compromise our productivity. I do not mind spending on a tool like PingPlotter that helps us make sure that our internet connectivity is stable at all times. The information you can obtain from the tool is very comprehensive, making it a lot more convenient to diagnose the connection problem's primary source.
